Ang Thong (อ่างทอง) is a subdistrict of Srinagarindra District in Phatthalung, rather than the central Thai province of the same name. Its geographic identity is separate from the offices of Ang Thong Subdistrict Municipality.
The Land Development Department's local land-use plan identifies rural road Phatthalung 1028 as a main route and records village-level public services, including a health-promoting hospital, temples and municipal premises. These facilities form part of a wider settled and agricultural locality; they do not establish one central attraction or a uniform set of visitor facilities across the tambon.
For a public appointment, retain the village number and destination name. The municipality gives its office address in Village 3. Check the route to the intended building, since the administrative reference point serves area orientation rather than identifying that office's entrance.
