About Bang Chana Subdistrict
Bang Chana (บางชนะ) belongs to Mueang Surat Thani District. The local development plan describes low-lying land near the sea influenced by tidal fresh and salt water, with mangroves and several canals dividing village areas. Older homes follow the waterways, while later settlement also follows roads. The wider tambon and the parts served by different local authorities should not be treated as a single named attraction or one boat route.
