About Khao Hua Khwai Subdistrict
Khao Hua Khwai (เขาหัวควาย) is a subdistrict of Phunphin District, Surat Thani. Its four villages are Bang O, Khao Hua Khwai, Tha Nang and Huai Bon.
The council describes Bang O, Village 1, as lower land beside the Tapi River, used for vegetables, fruit and oil palm. Villages 2, 3 and 4 occupy higher ground with rubber, fruit and oil-palm cultivation.
The Tapi marks the western side, while the area adjoins Tha Kham, Tha Sathon and the Wat Pradu side of Mueang Surat Thani. This combination of riverbank and upland communities makes a village-level address useful for locating an individual destination.
