About Khlong Sa Subdistrict
Khlong Sa (ตำบลคลองสระ) is a subdistrict of Kanchanadit District, Surat Thani. Its council describes high plains interspersed with mountains and identifies the area as an important source of local streams.
Rubber and fruit gardens occupy parts of the terrain, while other land falls within protected landscapes. The council's naming account associates a stream and nearby pool with the tambon's name; this is local historical tradition. Its locality inventory also mentions Phurin Waterfall, one feature within a broad inhabited administrative area.
Use a village or named site and confirm the actual approach before travelling. Protected land and waterfalls have their own access conditions, and an older local development plan does not establish current trails, admission or visitor facilities. Do not confuse Khlong Sa with Khlong Sa Bua in Ayutthaya.
