Khlong Yang (คลองยาง) is a subdistrict of Ko Lanta in Krabi. The local authority describes hills and foothill plains descending towards the sea, with mangroves around the island shoreline.
Its northern road connection crosses to Ban Thung Samet in Huai Nam Khao, Khlong Thom District, along Route 4206. Ko Klang tambon lies to the south. This gives Khlong Yang a gateway role for overland travel into the district, while keeping it distinct from the larger visitor island farther south. Individual villages and onward crossings require their own precise destinations.
