Khuan Khanun (ตำบลควนขนุน) is a subdistrict in Khao Chaison District, Phatthalung. It is a different administrative place from Khuan Khanun Subdistrict and District farther north in the province.
The authority's tourism plan identifies Lae Phra waterbody in village 5 and Khlong Chum Choeng Di in village 9. It also records Wat Suphasattharam in village 5 as a community religious location.
