Khuan Suban (ควนสุบรรณ) belongs to Ban Na San District, Surat Thani. Original university field research places it north of the district centre on the Surat–Na San road and describes mostly flat agricultural land used for orchards and rubber. Khlong Lamphun and Khlong Yan are named watercourses. Thung Tao lies to the north, Lamphun to the east and Na Tai in Ban Na Doem towards the west, distinguishing it from the urban Na San centre.
