About Krut Subdistrict
Krut (ตำบลกรูด) is a subdistrict of Phunphin District, Surat Thani. It is separate from the identically named Krut in Kanchanadit District, whose council and attractions concern another administrative area.
The correct Phunphin council's local plan divides its landscape into higher land used for rubber and oil palm and lowlands supporting short-cycle crops, livestock and fisheries. Khlong Krut is recorded across villages 1, 2, 4 and 6. A provincial community-development list identifies Ban Krut as village 1.
Include Phunphin in searches and directions to avoid the Kanchanadit namesake. Select the intended village, farm or institution individually; a council's water-resource inventory does not establish a visitor boat service. The administrative reference point is not an attraction entrance.
