About Lam Phi Subdistrict
Lam Phi (ลำภี) is a subdistrict of Thai Mueang in Phangnga. The local authority describes plains alternating with low hills and identifies Khlong Chang Non, Khlong Hang and Khlong Bok Pui as important waterways.
Its seven villages include Bok Pui, Tin Pet, Chang Non, Lam Phi, Chiao Lot, Kao Chao and Khlong Hang. These communities provide a clearer basis for local directions than the tambon's central reference point. Lam Phi's Thai spelling should also be distinguished from similarly sounding Lampi place and waterfall names, rather than assuming that every regional attraction is within this boundary.
