Lipa Noi (ตำบลลิปะน้อย) is a subdistrict in Ko Samui District, Surat Thani. Government agricultural records identify five communities: Lipa Noi, Lipa Yai, Hua Thanon, Bang Men and Wat Pradu.
Municipal reporting records community planning at Wat Don Thup, reflecting the tambon's residential and civic life alongside coastal tourism. Government health-programme records also place the Raja Ferry Samui terminal area in Lipa Noi. This is distinct from Nathon in neighbouring Ang Thong, even though both places are associated with western-island transport.
