About Mu Ko Phetra
Mu Ko Phetra refers here to the wider group of islands along the Andaman coast of Satun and Trang. It should be distinguished from the individual island Ko Phetra and from a single park office or entrance.
The marine landscape includes separate island clusters and coastal approaches, with Ko Khao Yai, the Bulon group, the Lidi islands and the Lao Liang pair featuring in descriptions of the wider Phetra area. These places do not form one walkable visitor site.
Plan around the particular island and departure coast rather than travelling to the group’s approximate map point. Pak Bara and Ao Nun orient the Satun side; the Trang islands require their own boat arrangements.
The protected-area boundary and the physical island group are related but not interchangeable. Confirm current access, landing permission and any overnight arrangements for the specific island. A single set of opening hours, entrance coordinates or visitor facilities would misrepresent this dispersed area.
