About Nam Dam Subdistrict
Nam Dam (น้ำดำ) is a subdistrict of Thung Yang Daeng District, Pattani. Its council's geographical profile describes low-lying, water-retaining ground used for rice and rubber, with short-cycle crops cultivated after the wet season.
Watermelons, maize, long beans, pumpkins and other beans are among the crops recorded in local planning. A more recent national environmental-fund report also discusses watermelon cultivation in Nam Dam and neighbouring Talo Maena within a wider wetland-management project.
The council office is identified in Ban Bue Nae Ya Mu, Moo 4. Phithen, Pa Ku and the Raman side of Yala help locate the tambon. Confirm a farm's village and access arrangements directly; neither a planning document nor the administrative map point establishes a public farm-visit service.
