About Pado Subdistrict
Pado (ปะโด) is a subdistrict in southwestern Mayo District, Pattani. The Land Development Department describes flat and higher ground, with hills in the south and Khlong Cha Ko and Khlong Nam Sai among its waterways.
Its five villages include Bu Don, Ma Hut, Khuan Yi and Ban Pado. Council planning describes rice and fruit cultivation on lower ground and rubber on higher land within the authority's area.
Pado SAO also serves neighbouring Pa Nan's two villages. That seven-village service area is wider than the Pado tambon itself. When looking for an address, use the village and tambon together; a shared council name should not be taken to mean that Pado and Pa Nan are the same place.
