Bang Rin (บางริ้น) is a subdistrict in Mueang Ranong District, Ranong, crossed by Phet Kasem Road. The local authority describes hills to the east, flatter central land and coastal or mangrove areas towards the west.
The tambon adjoins Bang Non and Khao Niwet to the north, Ngao to the south and Hat Som Paen inland. This places Bang Rin between the Ranong urban area, forested hills and the coastal landscape.
