About Kayu Boko Subdistrict
Kayu Boko (กายูบอเกาะ) is a subdistrict in the centre of Raman District, Yala. The area includes Raman's town and administrative locality, alongside communities such as Ban Tolae, Pho Maeng, Ma Asin Lae and Talat Lang. The whole tambon is broader than the municipal service area and the district-office destination.
The Land Development Department describes mainly plains and gently rolling land, with lower ground in the centre and hills to the south. The eastern side meets the Sai Buri River, and local water features include Khlong Pali Mo, Bueng Pali Mo and Bueng Ai Pue Dae. Settlement and farming occupy different parts of this connected landscape.
For an appointment or arrival, use the exact office, school, market or village address. Nearby services described as Raman may be within the town rather than at the tambon's reference point. Ask locally about access to waterways and fields, and check minor roads after sustained rain.
