About Khao Chiak Subdistrict
Khao Chiak (เขาเจียก), code 930103, is an administrative subdistrict of Mueang Phatthalung. The national natural-environment inventory describes its namesake hill and the conversion of an old quarry setting into landscaped recreation space. The cultural-environment inventory separately records Wat Khao Chiak and the cave with a reclining Buddha image. These are individual features within the wider inhabited tambon, not substitutes for its administrative extent.
