About Kho Lo Subdistrict
Kho Lo (ฆอเลาะ), also written Koloh, is one of Waeng District's subdistricts in Narathiwat. Its local development plan describes hills in the west descending towards lower eastern ground, where settlements and agricultural land are concentrated. The eastern boundary meets Malaysia, while Lo Chut lies to the south.
The official profile identifies neighbouring Kayu Khla to the north and Waeng and Mae Dong on the western side. Mae Dong's own council history records that it separated from Kho Lo in 1980, illustrating how the present administrative areas developed. Kho Lo's council contact page places its office at Ban Bang Khut in Moo 1.
Use the exact village or office address when travelling. The subdistrict boundary and map reference establish the geographic area; they do not identify a border-crossing facility or establish permission to enter private farmland.
