About Nong Bua Subdistrict
Nong Bua (หนองบัว) is a subdistrict of Ratsada District in northern Trang. The local administrative plan places it on the district's eastern side, with land rising toward the Nam Tok locality.
The plan describes several landscape zones: mountains and higher ground with forest and fruit gardens, central rubber-growing areas and lower land used for farming. The district agricultural plan also identifies Nong Bua among Ratsada's eastern upland localities. These differences matter when choosing a village route; the tambon is not a single compact town centre.
Keep the full Ratsada address when making arrangements because Nong Bua is a common Thai place name. Obtain the actual farm, office or village meeting point. Access to orchards and working land needs the host's agreement, and rural approaches should be checked following sustained rain.
