Paka Harang (ปะกาฮะรัง) is a subdistrict of Mueang Pattani District. Its villages include Ban Cha Nga, beside the Pattani River, and Ban Chue Rae Nibong, where community-development records document a herbal salted-egg producer group.
The provincial public-relations office describes Ban Cha Nga as low ground where high river levels can flood both homes and the village approach.
