About Tha Saba Subdistrict
Tha Saba (ท่าสะบ้า) is a subdistrict of Wang Wiset District in Trang. The Land Development Department describes a mixture of lowland and higher ground, supporting a combination of settlements, cultivation and waterways.
The department's account of neighbouring Khao Wiset traces Khlong Chi from Ao Tong through Wang Maprang Nuea, Khao Wiset and Tha Saba before its downstream connection toward the Trang coast. This places Tha Saba within an inland river landscape, rather than making it a seaside destination or a single ferry terminal because of its name.
