Khemasiri Memorial School
Girls’ primary and secondary school in Bang Yi Khan, offering regular Thai-curriculum classes, a qualified IEP option, senior Studio pathways and boarding.
About Khemasiri Memorial School
Khemasiri Memorial School (โรงเรียนเขมะสิริอนุสสรณ์) teaches Primary 1–6 and Secondary Mathayom 1–6 at 210 Ratchawithi Road, Bang Yi Khan, Bang Phlat, Bangkok 10700. Its current 2027 admission regulations specify female applicants. Families can enquire about day places and boarding; the current new-boarder intake is Primary 3 through Mathayom 4. The school publishes regular Thai-curriculum classes, an Intensive English Programme (IEP) for Primary 1 through Mathayom 3, and seven career-oriented Studio pathways in senior secondary. IEP increases English-taught learning, but the published outline keeps mathematics, science, Thai and social studies in Thai. It should not be treated as an entirely English-medium international curriculum. For 2027 entry, the advertised application round closed on 25 October 2026. Registered applicants have assessments on 8 November, results on 12 November and place confirmation on 23 November 2026. New applicants should check for the next announced round rather than assume the online form is open. Contact admissions on 02 424 2244, extension 101, Monday–Friday 08:30–16:00.
Programmes and language of learning
Primary and lower secondary
Primary develops core learning, projects, creativity and wellbeing. The regular curriculum includes Thai, mathematics, English, science and social studies; the detailed primary outline adds Chinese in Primary 4–6. Lower secondary includes digital technology, history and project learning, with Chinese or Japanese options. Ask which options run in the intended entry year.
Intensive English Programme
The published detailed IEP outline covers Primary 1–Mathayom 3: ten English-taught hours per week in primary and thirteen in lower secondary. English is used in English-language learning and specified practical, arts or activity subjects. Mathematics, science, Thai and social studies remain Thai-taught. Confirm the current timetable and support for your child.
Senior Studio pathways
Seven career-oriented pathways cover medicine, engineering, architecture, letters and liberal arts, fine arts, business and finance, and law and political science. These are secondary-school preparation pathways. The 2027 Mathayom 4 assessment uses Studio-specific subjects; architecture and fine arts also require a portfolio.
Boarding and school services
Which pupils can apply for boarding?
The current 2027 admissions portal invites new boarders in Primary 3–Mathayom 4. An older general boarding page describes a wider Primary 3–Mathayom 6 range, so families should confirm eligibility for the actual intake. October 2026 school notices confirm active boarding arrangements.
What should families ask about residential provision?
Ask the boarding team on extension 136 about accommodation, supervision, weekend leave, meals, health support, settling-in arrangements and the full bill. The school publishes a nurse contact on extension 124 and school-service or transport enquiries on extension 109. Availability and individual support arrangements need direct confirmation.

01
Check whether a round is open
The announced 2027 round accepted applications from 1 September to 25 October 2026. The portal now says new online applications are closed. Registered applicants have assessment on 8 November, results on 12 November and place confirmation on 23 November 2026. Check the portal for a later round.
-
02
Choose the entry programme
The current regulations cover Primary 1, Primary 2–6, Mathayom 1, Mathayom 2–3 and Mathayom 4, and specify female applicants. The application assessment fee is THB 500. Primary 1 uses an interview and academic readiness check; later entry includes the relevant written assessment and interview. Mathayom 4 applicants choose one Studio.
-
03
Prepare documents and ask about special cases
The regulations request a current school photograph, payment evidence, birth and household-registration documents, relevant name-change documents and school records or certificates. Primary 1 applicants normally need the published age-six criterion, born before 16 May 2021; the school describes an additional THB 6,300 tuition difference for younger entrants who do not qualify for the government subsidy, without stating the charging period. Confirm this case directly.

Its actual assessment instructions use the seven Studio pathways. Ask admissions whether any Mathayom 4 IEP option exists and request its timetable and price before choosing it.
