About Chon Khram Subdistrict
Chon Khram (ตำบลชลคราม) is a subdistrict in the western part of Don Sak District, Surat Thani. Council documents place Ban Don Bay on its northern side and Tha Uthae in neighbouring Kanchanadit to the south.
The council describes agricultural lowlands receiving water from the Tha Thong drainage system. Its disaster-planning material identifies recurring flood exposure in village 6, a locality-specific concern rather than a current alert. The administrative office is recorded in village 4, separate from other coastal and farming settlements.
Confirm the actual village and road approach before travelling, especially during periods of heavy rain. Bay frontage does not establish a passenger pier or open beach access. Check local conditions and permissions for waterfront visits instead of treating the representative map point as an entrance.
