About Hong Charoen Subdistrict
Hong Charoen (ตำบลหงษ์เจริญ) is a subdistrict in Tha Sae District, Chumphon, historically separated from Salui. The Land Development Department describes alternating mountain and lowland terrain with waterways crossing the area.
Higher western ground includes the areas of Ban Tham Charoen, Bang Kloi and Yai Mon, while lower hills and rolling agricultural land occur towards the east. Government river descriptions place the tambon along the Tha Sae drainage. Salui Police also identifies Kapo Waterfall Forest Park at village 2 in Hong Charoen, rather than in Salui tambon.
Use the exact village or park destination when requesting directions. Forest and waterfall visits need current conditions and access confirmation; geographic and historical listings do not establish today's opening arrangements. The map reference represents the administrative area.
