About Kamphaeng Phet Subdistrict
Kamphaeng Phet (กำแพงเพชร) is a subdistrict of Rattaphum District in Songkhla. It is unrelated to Kamphaeng Phet Province and its historical park in northern Thailand.
The local municipality's geographic profile describes predominantly plain terrain, with some higher mountain land to the south. Water sources originate partly in the western hills of neighbouring Tha Chamuang, and local channels include Khlong Phumi, also called Khlong Rattaphum, Khlong Khao Ron, Khlong Yang Daeng and Khlong Hin Dam. These features place the tambon within Rattaphum's inland river landscape.
Use a named village, institution or road junction for the final destination. Municipal and geographic boundaries are different scopes, so confirm the responsible office for a public service. Watercourse and hill-side visits require their own access arrangements; the broad map point is not an entrance to a particular site.
