About Khao Daeng Subdistrict
Khao Daeng (เขาแดง) is a subdistrict in Saba Yoi District, Songkhla. Community Development Department records describe foothill plains and higher ground, with Khlong Lam Thap and Khlong Mong drawing water from the Khuan Lan hills.
Rubber cultivation and local farming are important parts of its community landscape. The district agricultural office documented support for the Ban Nam Chiao rubber-growing group in April 2026.
Local cultural references associate Khao Daeng with red rock, caves and religious heritage. This administrative tambon must be distinguished from the Khao Daeng subdistrict in Kui Buri, Prachuap Khiri Khan. A specific village or heritage-site address is needed to locate an individual destination.
