About Khuan Subdistrict

Khuan (ตำบลควน) is a subdistrict in Panare District, Pattani. Its local development plan places it southeast of the district centre, adjoining Don, Tha Nam, Thung Khla and La Nga.

The authority describes the area's raised-ground setting, while government cultural and community reporting identifies Wat Khuan Nai at Ban Phikun in village 3. The temple is part of a living community landscape and is associated with local hill-side structures. It should be distinguished from the whole tambon and from similarly named Khuan localities elsewhere.

Use the village and temple name when planning a religious or community visit. Ask custodians about access to individual buildings and hill-side paths, and respect worship and fragile heritage. The administrative map point is not a temple gate or the starting point for every local route.
