About Ko Naka Yai
Ko Naka Yai lies off the Pa Khlok coast in Thalang District, Phuket. It is the larger of the two Naka islands and is separate from Ko Naka Noi immediately to the south. Beaches and an island setting make it a short sea excursion from the Ao Po area, while the Naka Island resort occupies part of the island.
Choose the boat landing according to your plans. Resort transfers use Ao Po Grand Marina and are arrangements for that property; a day-trip boat may use another part of the coast. The island as a whole is a Place, while the resort and any individual tour services are separate businesses.
Confirm beach access and any facilities with the operator or property you intend to use, rather than assuming that a resort transfer provides general public access. Private resort facilities may require an advance booking; contact the property directly if your plans include a meal, day visit or overnight stay. Recheck the departure pier, return time and sea conditions before travelling.
