About Laem Tanot Subdistrict
Laem Tanot (ตำบลแหลมโตนด) is a subdistrict in Khuan Khanun District, Phatthalung. Khon Hat's official boundary description places it immediately to the south of that neighbouring Cha-uat subdistrict in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
Local Community Development Department reporting identifies Wat Thung Teng in village 4 as a focus of community activity. Agricultural Extension records also identify vegetable-growing pest-management and learning work in Laem Tanot. These inland community references distinguish it from unrelated coastal headlands with similar names.
Specify Khuan Khanun and Phatthalung when asking for directions. Confirm the village and host for a temple, community or farming visit. The tambon is an administrative area; its name does not identify the Laem Tanot headland at Ko Lanta or a beach entrance.
