About Pak Bang Subdistrict
Pak Bang (ตำบลปากบาง) is a subdistrict in Thepha District, Songkhla. Government estuary reporting places Ban Khlong Pradu in village 4 at the Thepha River's outlet towards the Gulf.
Marine and Coastal Resources reporting identifies Ban Khlong Khwai in village 8 as a community engaged in mangrove conservation. A separate July 2026 transport-authority visit identifies Ko Lae Nang within Pak Bang. These are different coastal and waterside locations within the wider tambon, rather than one universal boat departure point.
Confirm the exact landing, village or operator for any coastal journey. Check current weather and navigation arrangements directly, and respect mangrove access restrictions. Reports on proposed dredging or conservation projects are not confirmation that a visitor route is currently operating.
