About Pak Phraek Subdistrict
Pak Phraek (ตำบลปากแพรก) is a subdistrict of Don Sak District, Surat Thani. The council identifies sixteen villages across land sloping from foothills to plains near the Nakhon Si Thammarat provincial boundary.
Local planning names the Chai Khram–Wat Pradu forest landscape and Vibhavadi and Klang Thong waterfalls among its natural features. Communities include Ban Nai, Niak, Khao Rae, Khao Phra In, Khok Chang, Pa Om and Khlong Khram. These are separate villages within the tambon, not one attraction complex.
Specify Don Sak to distinguish this Pak Phraek from namesakes elsewhere. Choose a village or actual waterfall entrance before travel, and confirm forest access and current conditions locally. Council office addresses in older plans differ, so the administrative point should not be used as an office entrance.
