About Taling Chan Subdistrict
Taling Chan (ตำบลตลิ่งชัน) is a subdistrict in Chana District, Songkhla. It is distinct from Taling Chan in Bangkok, Yala and other provinces.
University community research describes flat land, coastal nature and local wetland resources, and records zebra-dove breeding among local activities. Official forestry records identify communities including Ban Taling Chan, Nai Rai and Pa Ngam within the tambon. Coastal geology reporting separately confirms its Gulf shoreline setting.
Confirm the village, host or shoreline destination before travelling. A community assessment does not establish a daily breeding-farm visit programme, and coastal land does not imply safe swimming or staffed facilities. Ask locally about weather, access and any restrictions at the specific place you intend to visit.
