About Tanyong Po Subdistrict
Tanyong Po (ตันหยงโป), code 910107, belongs to Mueang Satun District. The national cultural-environment inventory describes a headland extending into the sea, mangrove surroundings, coastal rocks, low ground and small hills. It names Khlong Khwai and Khlong To Khru and identifies Tanyong Po and Hat Sai Yao beaches. The local authority independently lists Hat Sai Yao as a destination. Fishing and raised wooden houses are characteristic elements in the documented community landscape.
Choose the particular village, beach or host address before travelling. Coastal conditions and local access can differ along the headland. The administrative reference centre is separate from a beach entrance, seafood venue or boat landing, and does not establish swimming conditions.
