About Tha Pho Subdistrict
Tha Pho (ท่าโพธิ์) is a subdistrict of Sadao District, Songkhla. It is distinct from other Thai localities with the same English name, including those in Phitsanulok and Uthai Thani.
The Land Development Department places the tambon within the Songkhla Lake basin and describes terrain ranging from foothills to mountains. Khlong Ton Yung is among its important water sources. District agricultural planning treats Tha Pho as a separate administrative locality, rather than a neighbourhood of Sadao town or the border checkpoint area.
For a farm, household or public-service visit, use the exact village and institution in the address. The approach to foothill land can differ from the road serving the village centre. Ask about current access following sustained rain, and check any permission needed before entering cultivation, forest or water-management land.
