About Thung Kha Subdistrict
Thung Kha (ทุ่งคา) belongs to Mueang Chumphon District. Department of National Parks information describes the broader Thung Kha–Sawi Bay environment as an estuarine system of freshwater inflows, mangroves and tidal mudflats. The bay and national-park boundaries are wider geographic features, distinct from the tambon. The Intellectual Property Department also includes Thung Kha in the defined producing area for Tham Sing Chumphon coffee, reflecting cultivated land beyond the coastal wetlands.
Choose the named community, farm or managed coastal access point before travelling. A coffee farm visit and a mangrove or boat trip require different arrangements. Check tides and current park guidance where relevant; the administrative reference point is not a pier or park entrance.
