About Thung Tam Sao Subdistrict
Thung Tam Sao (ทุ่งตำเสา), administrative code 901112, belongs to Hat Yai District, Songkhla. Institutional community research describes western hills around the Khao Kaeo headwaters descending towards lower ground in the east. Khlong Wat, Khlong Tam and Khlong So form part of the water network, with rubber, fruit growing and rice cultivation in the settled landscape. Ton Nga Chang Waterfall is associated with the wildlife sanctuary; the sanctuary is a separate protected area rather than the whole tambon.
For a waterfall or forest visit, select the actual managed entrance and check current sanctuary information. A farm or village visit needs separate host directions. The administrative reference point does not locate a waterfall trail, plantation entrance or public river access.
