About DLTS International School

DLTS International School is in Bang Khun Kong, Bang Kruai, at 8 Nakhon In Road. It is part of Denla Group and teaches English, Thai and Chinese within an international programme. The core school’s published range is Toddler through Grade 9. Preschool uses a modern American, play-based approach. The school is pursuing IB authorisation for PYP and MYP: candidate status does not mean that authorisation is guaranteed. Its primary and middle-years pages emphasise inquiry, projects, STEM and applying learning to real situations. A separate Denla Pre-College route is advertised for Grades 10–12; families should ask about its own entry process and qualifications.

Learning through the school stages

Preschool foundations

Play and practical experiences develop communication, early literacy, mathematics and science. The programme also includes Thai and Chinese, music, PE, swimming, life skills, technology, engineering, arts and library activities.

Primary inquiry

The candidate PYP combines specialist Thai, Chinese, arts, music and PE with literacy, mathematics and integrated units of inquiry. STEM, robotics and other subjects connect through projects. Grade 5 ends with an exhibition based on self-directed research.

Middle-school projects

The candidate MYP uses the Australian Curriculum as its content framework across eight subject groups. Interdisciplinary work connects subjects, while the Grade 9 Community Project asks pupils to identify a real issue, act on it and present their learning.

Planning an application

  1. 01

Tour and discuss the child’s needs

Request a confirmed visit through the school. Admissions uses developmental information and a parent interview; preschool screening includes a one-to-one teacher session. Ask which assessments and supporting documents apply to the intended grade.

  2. 02

    Check assessment and payment sequencing

The process page lists MAP testing for Grade 2 and above, and a separate baseline assessment for incoming Grade 1. It places deposit and enrollment payments before assessment, so request the applicable written terms before paying.

  3. 03

    Keep the next stage distinct

The scholarship FAQ says progression after Grade 9 into the developing Pre-College programme requires a separate application. Confirm its current intake, qualification pathway and fees directly; the core-school fee table stops at Grade 9.
