The mapped office window is Monday–Saturday 09:00–18:00, closed Sundays; event delivery and a booked concierge arrangement have separate timings. The published terms, observed 22 October 2026, recommend two to four weeks’ notice for most bookings and earlier for large events. Dates and suppliers are confirmed only after quotation approval and the required deposit. Events and parties list a 30% deposit with the balance due seven days before; sea outings list a 30% deposit with the balance due three days before. The terms state that customer cancellations can retain the deposit and incur further charges depending on notice. Ask for the complete written quotation and cancellation schedule for your actual service. Additional guests, options and seasonal surcharges can change the total. For a boat outing, confirm passenger capacity, itinerary and the stated postponement/refund arrangements for unsafe weather before paying.
