Storage enquiries
Space and duration
The business advertises compact storage boxes and larger units, with monthly and longer plans. Give an inventory or approximate volume and ask which size is suitable at the Pattaya premises.
Access and environment
Ask for the facility’s actual access hours, security arrangements, climate-control specification and permitted items. The national website describes several storage formats, so confirm which applies to the quoted unit.
Moving and collection
Local moving support
The owner’s Pattaya page advertises local moves, packing/unpacking and furniture disassembly and reassembly. Provide origin, destination, building access and large-item details for the quote.
Pick-up and return
Collection and storage-return services are advertised. Agree the item inventory, condition record, collection date, return notice and any delivery charge in writing.

Office versus storage access
Maps lists the Pattaya office 09:00–17:00 Monday–Saturday. The national site gives different office and facility times; confirm local access rather than treating any 24-hour service as an attended office.
Charges and cover
Request a complete quote showing rent, deposit, transport, packing, payment terms and cancellation. Ask which loss or damage cover applies and how to declare valuable items.
Practical information
Check the latest operating details with the venue before travelling.
