Overview
About Jittamett Kindergarten
Jittamett Kindergarten (โรงเรียนจิตตเมตต์ ปฐมวัย) is an early-childhood school on Thung Mangkon Road in Chimphli, Taling Chan. The school describes a setting where children, families and staff learn together while valuing themselves, others and the natural environment. Published school visits describe provision from pre-kindergarten through Kindergarten 3. Music and movement are part of its approach: the International Orff-Schulwerk Forum Salzburg lists Jittamett as an associated kindergarten, a member since 2014 with presentations recorded through 2025. School-visit reporting describes learning through play and creative activity, rather than a focus on early academic drilling. Confirm the current age criteria and class arrangements directly with the school.
Learning and family participation
Music and creative play
The school’s Orff-Schulwerk connection supports music, rhythm and movement as ways to explore and communicate. Published school-visit reporting describes body percussion, songs, stories and creative art, with teachers responding to children’s readiness.
Learning with others
School-visit reporting describes mixed-age opportunities, outdoor play and attention to children’s sense of self and everyday life skills. A home–school notebook is described as one way families and teachers share observations; ask about the current communication routines during a visit.
