About Aiyoe Weng Subdistrict

Aiyoe Weng (อัยเยอร์เวง) is a subdistrict of Betong District, Yala. Its forested mountain setting includes the Aiyoe Weng sea-of-mist viewing area and skywalk. The Royal Forest Department places the recreation forest within Betong reserved forest, while the local authority documents several separate viewpoints rather than one viewpoint covering the whole tambon.

The council also describes community coffee traditions, including roasting and pounding beans for local kopi. These accounts connect the area's visitor identity with working village life beyond the skywalk itself. Mountain views and mist are weather-dependent; a description of the landscape does not guarantee visibility on a particular morning.

Choose the exact viewpoint or community destination before travelling from Betong. Confirm current access, hours and any transport arrangements through the official venue information. The general subdistrict reference point is not the skywalk ticket counter or the starting point for every mountain route.
