About Ban Han Subdistrict
Ban Han (ตำบลบ้านหาร) is a subdistrict in Bang Klam District, Songkhla. The Land Development Department places it southeast of the district centre, near the boundary with Hat Yai's Khlong Hae and Khlong U Taphao areas.
The plan lists Ban Khu, Tha Hat, Khot Yang, Ban Han and Ko Lai as its five villages. Its mainly flat land forms part of the Songkhla Lake basin, with Khlong Bang Klam and Khlong U Taphao important waterways. Agricultural land and residential communities share this lowland setting.
Use the village and destination name for local journeys. Ask a host about current road and water conditions after heavy rain, particularly near canal-side communities. The tambon's reference point is not a ferry landing, canal crossing or council office.
