Parts of the tambon fall within Chana municipality, while Ban Na municipality administers other areas, so neither municipal label alone describes the full tambon. The district public-health office on Rat Rak Road is also located in Ban Na, reflecting its role in the district service centre.
Use the specific municipality, village, road and institution when checking an address. A town-centre appointment and a farm or village visit may require different approaches. This record is distinct from Ban Na in Chumphon and Surat Thani; its administrative map reference does not replace a building address.
