About Bang Sawan Subdistrict
Bang Sawan (ตำบลบางสวรรค์) is a subdistrict in Phrasaeng District, Surat Thani. Its council describes foothill plains, several hills and patches of lower-lying land.
Khlong I Pan runs through villages 1 to 7, alongside smaller streams. Local reservoirs include Khlong Suan Nang and Ban Bang Tao. The tambon learning centre records rubber, oil palm, fruit growing and livestock among residents' occupations, while named communities include Huai Haeng, Na Khao, Ang Nam Phut and Tham Khong.
Identify the intended village, farm or reservoir access when planning travel. Reservoirs and forest resources have working and conservation functions as well as potential local recreation; their presence does not establish unrestricted access or visitor facilities. Arrange community visits with a host.
