About Bang Wan Subdistrict

Bang Wan (ตำบลบางวัน) is a subdistrict of Khura Buri District, Phang Nga. The Land Development Department identifies villages including Bang Wan, Tam Nang, Bang Khrang, Thung La-ong, Khrot, Bang Thap and Sai Thong.

Its land-use plan describes higher eastern terrain associated with Si Phang Nga National Park, central foothills and western land reaching the Andaman coast. Important streams include Khlong Tam Nang, Khrot and Bang Wan. Provincial fisheries records locate Thung La-ong landing in the tambon.

Choose the exact village, park access or landing for a journey. Protected uplands and coastal settlements have different approaches, and a fishing landing does not establish a scheduled passenger service. Confirm conditions and permissions locally; the representative point is not a national-park entrance or pier.
