About Bannang Sata Subdistrict
Bannang Sata (บันนังสตา) is a subdistrict within the Yala district of the same name. The municipal centre occupies a small part of this wider administrative area along Suk Yang Road, highway 410. Its official profile describes a river-side settlement associated with the Pattani River and Khlong Tue Rae.
The surrounding subdistrict authority separately identifies its office at Ban Ngo Kapo in Moo 3, showing why the municipality and the entire tambon should not be treated as interchangeable. Agricultural extension records also document a learning centre for growing crops among rubber trees in Moo 9, providing a specific example of rural activity outside the central service area.
