About Bo Tru Subdistrict
Bo Tru (บ่อตรุ) is a subdistrict of Ranot District in Songkhla Province. The district's administrative record identifies five villages in the tambon.
The local municipal development plan describes a flat, low-lying landscape with residential communities and agricultural livelihoods, including rice cultivation and aquaculture. These activities help explain the mixture of settlements and working land around Bo Tru.
Bo Tru Subdistrict and Bo Tru Municipality have different boundaries. The municipality also serves parts of neighbouring Wat Son and Rawa, so its village totals, community totals and population cannot automatically be used for this subdistrict. Use a named village or destination when arranging a visit.
