About Chanong Subdistrict
Chanong (ตำบลจะโหนง) is a subdistrict in Chana District, Songkhla. The Land Development Department describes land sloping broadly from west to east, with steep western ground and mostly flatter or gently rolling land elsewhere.
The local authority places its office in village 7 on the Songkhla–Na Thawi road. Thung Wang, Na Thap, Khlong Pia and the Phichit side of Na Mom provide useful administrative references. These boundaries distinguish the tambon from an individual roadside settlement or the wider Chana district.
Confirm the exact village and destination when arranging a journey. For farm or foothill visits, contact the host and check the last approach after rain. Use the actual institution or site address rather than treating the administrative reference point as every entrance.
