About Dan Sawi Subdistrict
Dan Sawi (ด่านสวี) is a subdistrict of Sawi in Chumphon. The neighbouring Tha Hin authority's geographical account traces Khlong Sawi eastwards from the inland hills through several tambons to its sea outlet in Dan Sawi, placing the area in the district's coastal waterway landscape.
The local administrative organisation and Dan Sawi Witthaya School provide identifiable community reference points. Neither their office nor school entrance should be confused with the reference coordinate for the entire tambon. For a journey to the coast or a particular settlement, use the actual village and destination address within Dan Sawi.
