About Hin Kaeo Subdistrict
Hin Kaeo (ตำบลหินแก้ว) is a subdistrict of Tha Sae District, Chumphon. Land Development Department work identifies Ban Chan Thing in village 5 as a local land-management study area, alongside Nai Som in village 2 and Wang Phung in village 3.
The department places this agricultural landscape within the Tha Taphao catchment and describes local roads around the study area. Separate council records identify Khlong Rap Ro in Hin Kaeo village 3. The study site's boundaries and land area describe only that project, rather than the entire tambon.
Ask for a village, farm or institution address before travelling. The Rap Ro waterway and neighbouring tambon of the same name are distinct references. Agricultural project access and riverbank permissions should be confirmed locally; the administrative point is not a public visitor entrance.
