About Khao Chai Rat Subdistrict
Khao Chai Rat (ตำบลเขาไชยราช) is a subdistrict in Pathio District, Chumphon. Its northern boundary meets Chai Rat in Bang Saphan Noi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan, making the province important when specifying an address.
The council describes foothill plains interspersed with low hills and small streams. Phetkasem Road crosses the area for roughly fifteen kilometres. Farming includes rubber, oil palm, coconut and fruit, with pineapple, papaya and other crops also recorded in its local profile.
Don Yang is to the south, Pak Khlong to the east and Song Phi Nong in Tha Sae District to the west. Use a village or farm address rather than the tambon's reference point; the main highway and smaller agricultural roads serve different destinations.
